By using CortexOps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
CortexOps provides evaluation, tracing, and CI reliability tools for AI agents. Features vary by tier (Free vs Pro).
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, or probe other customers’ projects.
- Do not use the service for illegal content or to process data without proper authorization.
- Keep API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. Cancel anytime from your PayPal account. Refunds are handled per PayPal policy.
Availability
We strive for high availability but provide the service “as is” without uptime guarantees on the Free tier. See Security for our practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CortexOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
